
AAFE has always believed that homeownership and small business ownership are fundamental to the American dream and essential to making our communities stronger. Through our affiliate, Renaissance Economic Development Corporation, we have provided more than 1200 small business loans in New York City during the past two decades. We also provide one-one-one counseling and training programs to make sure local entrepreneurs have the tools they need to succeed. AAFE offers home loans and educational services through our Community Development Fund. We are dedicated to promoting, protecting and advancing homeownership for minority, immigrant, low- and moderate- income, and underserved households and communities of New York City.
