Job seekers are invited to apply for several open positions at One Flushing, a new residential/commercial complex opening in the heart of Downtown Flushing in a few weeks. A job fair will be held Friday, Jan. 25 at 35-34 Union St. (across from Flushing High School), lower level, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
This is a great opportunity to work with Stanton-Norfolk Property Management, one of the most respected nonprofit building managers in New York City, One Flushing is a state-of-the-art residential and retail complex with 232 apartments, 22,000 square feet of commercial space and amenities such as a rooftop farm.

One Flushing is hiring for a Front Desk Concierge, who will be responsible for greeting guests, providing a high level of customer service and creating a sense of security for residents; Porters, who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the property; and a Maintenance Repair Person, who will be responsible for various carpentry, plumbing, custodial and general maintenance tasks.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Our company provides excellent health benefits with paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and personal days. Bilingual skills are a plus for these jobs (English/Chinese, English/Korean, English/Spanish).
