Applications are being accepted at One Flushing, our mixed-income community in the heart of Downtown Flushing, Queens. From time-to-time, AAFE opens up applications both to fill vacancies and to replenish our waiting lists. This opportunity is available for middle income individuals and families at 130% of AMI.
One Flushing was co-developed by AAFE and opened in 2018. Overall, about half of the residential units in the complex at 133-45 41st Avenue are designated for low-income seniors, individuals and families, while the remainder are middle income apartments. There’s a 24-hour attended lobby, a beautiful rooftop garden, resident lounge, bike storage and shared laundry facility.
