First-Time Homebuyer Seminar
In partnership with State Sen. Iwen Chu, AAFE Community Development Fund is hosting a first-time homebuyer seminar in Brooklyn. During this seminar, we'll cover the necessary steps to becoming a homeowner, how to navigate the mortgage process and what financial resources are available. Our popular four-day webinar for first-time homebuyers is coming back in April. This virtual training will cover steps to becoming a homeowner, understanding mortgage documents, budgeting, fair housing rights and responsibilities, building and maintaining good credit, tax information and down payment assistance programs.
