Stanton Norfolk Property Management, an AAFE affiliate, has opened applications for apartments in several properties located in Harlem.

There are a limited number of availabilities and income requirements vary by building. Generally speaking, however, the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units range in monthly rent from $702 to $1,290. Annual household incomes for eligible applicants are $26,983 (minimum) to $84,720 (maximum).

Applications will be accepted until the available apartments have been rented. A waiting list will be created for future vacancies in the developments.
