Property Management

Managing more than 800 affordable apartments and over 50 commercial spaces across NYC

Building affordable housing is central to AAFE’s mission of advancing racial, social and economic justice for Asian Americans and other systematically disadvantaged communities. We believe that grassroots community-based organizations play an important role in ensuring that New York City’s affordable housing remains safe, well cared for and permanently affordable. Through Stanton Norfolk Property Management Company, AAFE manages more than 800 apartments and approximately 50 commercial spaces. Stanton Norfolk also acts as a building manager for affordable units in privately owned buildings. Stanton Norfolk has received the highest possible “Exemplary” rating from NeighborWorks America, which conducts annual audits of our housing portfolio.
