Join us in Flushing for a Housing Workshop in Mandarin Chinese!
AAFE is proud to partner with YWCA on a housing and tenant rights workshop for Mandarin Chinese speakers! Participants will learn how to resolve housing repair issues.

8/4 MTA Reduced Fare Application Assistance
The first Tuesday of each month, AAFE staff members in our Chinatown office are available to help eligible community members sign up for reduced fare MetroCards. Applicants must be 65+ or have qualifying disabilities. Only the first 20 people can be accommodated each month - first come, first-served. Call (212) 979-8988 to reserve your spot. Location: 111 Division St., Chinatown. Time: 10 am - noon.

8/5 Free Legal Clinic (Flushing)
AAFE and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) have teamed up for a legal clinic in our Flushing community center. We offer free 30 minute consultations with AABANY's volunteer attorneys on a range of legal issues. Walk-ins are welcomed - first come, first serve. Interpreters are also available. Location: 133-29 41st Ave, 2nd Floor, Flushing, NY 11355; Time: 6:30-8:30 PM.

AAFE's food pantry will be held at our Jackson Heights office:

The pantry is first come, first serve. AAFE has launched monthly food pantry programming at our Jackson Heights office to help combat food insecurity in our local community.
