11/19 Free Legal Clinic (Lower East Side)
AAFE and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) have teamed up for a monthly legal clinic in our Lower East Side community center. We offer free 30 minute consultations with AABANY's volunteer attorneys on a range of legal issues. First come, first serve. No need to make an appointment in advance. Location: 111 Norfolk St., Manhattan; Time: 6:30-8:30 PM.

12/3 Emergency Food Pantry (Flushing)
AAFE is hosting a series of emergency food pantries to support SNAP recipients and federal workers who have been affected by the recent government shutdown. To be eligible to receive food, you must bring a federal worker ID or a SNAP/EBT card, and your own bag or shopping cart. The pantries are first-come, first-serve. Please note that there is limited availability. See the flyer for more dates and locations. The flyer is available in English, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.
