Stanton Norfolk Inc. is now accepting applications for a limited number of apartments in several buildings in Manhattan’s Chinatown, the Lower East Side and Harlem neighborhoods. While monthly rents and income requirements may vary from building to building, here are general guidelines: rents range from $1,013 to $1,955 per month. Households with annual incomes between $37,269 and $134,160 are eligible to apply. Apartment sizes include studio, one-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.

While applications may be requested by mail, applicants are encouraged to use the application portal. Please see below for the links to each portal and individual flyers for Lower East Side, Chinatown and Harlem availabilities.

Applications are being accepted until all available apartments are rented. Remaining qualified applicants will be added to a waiting list.
